Project management (PM) in the construction industry means a service for a client to deliver their complex projects. It includes management, coordination and oversight of all project team members throughtout the projecton ces excl. This type of service requires the coordination of external consultants and parties including the architect, developer, general contractor, authorities, and coordination of internal specialists including the cost manager, technical experts and health and safety coordinator.
