The concept design for a residential development in Hostivice village, west of Prague, has been drawn up by our Design & Architecture Team under the leadership of experienced architect Karol Lakatoš. The 1,650 sq m plot is intended for the construction of family houses, each containing two residential units. In this location, the ground slopes down toward the banks of the Jenečský Brook.

Our aim was to keep the urban scale with respect to the ambience of existing locality. We have designed the houses of simple shapes with gable roofs and ridges running perpendicularly to the street. Special attention was paid on creating the maximum privacy for each residential unit. There was a big challenge to fit the whole development on the tight plot on the edge of the steep slope of the brook bank.
