While our project management and construction management colleagues are already on site when the excavator starts digging, we don’t make our entrance until the first stage of the building’s fit-out: shell and core. Our job is to design the interior layout, all surfaces, the lighting, etc. We also see to the more intricate details and the fine-tuning of the interior before anyone moves in. Besides newbuilds, we also take on refurbishments. In these cases, we fit out the interior of an existing building in line with modern trends and the client’s wishes. We can do this without the client having to suspend operations.

 

First, we design a space plan for your interior, work out the cost plan and then assign others to draw up the building permit documentation, construction documentation, and manufacturing drawings. After that, we produce samples to ensure that the final result conforms to the instructions we have been set. When we refurbish existing interiors, a job we often do while the premises remain in operation, we make sure that users are disrupted as little as possible by our work. We have experience of refurbishing hotels, offices, shopping centres and numerous other buildings.
