Galerie Butovice is the sixth largest shopping centre in Prague with more than 80 tenants. The shopping centre was extensively redeveloped in 2016-2017, and in 2018 it was extended by the Kika furniture store under a long-term lease agreement with the shopping centre. Thus, Galerie Butovice includes more than 50,000 sq m of lettable area spread over two floors and also provides more than 1,400 visitor parking spaces. The major tenants are Kika, Albert, H&M and Electro World. |
OM Consulting performed the technical due diligence of the shopping centre in close cooperation with teams that were involved in the legal, financial and tax parts of the due diligence process. Together with the other teams, OM Consulting worked on interface issues such as, among others, permits, easements, work contracts, warranty terms and conditions, maintenance contracts, energy supply contracts, and, in addition, review of lettable areas in accordance with the given methodology.
