Ing. Martina Matoušková
Martina Matoušková leads the technical team responsible for due diligence in the acquisition of all types of buildings and land for Czech and foreign clients (whether as buyers or sellers). Beyond the Czech Republic, her team has worked on projects in Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and other European countries. Her experience also extends to projects involving historic buildings, immovable cultural heritage and castle grounds.
Martina Matoušková has been in charge of the technical due diligence team since 2018. In the two years before that, she managed the implementation of approximately fifty prestigious projects for the company as an external expert. She began her career at an engineering company in Berlin, where she helped to draw up detailed bills of quantities according to German and US standards (e.g. for Radio Free Europe in Prague). Her introduction to TDD came at EC Harris (later Arcadis), where she worked for ten years. Besides TDD projects, she also specialised in fit-out project management (Expedia Inc.) and in the risk management of specific developments, such as a hotel resort in the Maldives and a university campus and hospital in Saudi Arabia.
Martina Matoušková graduated in building engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague. These studies also took her to Vienna, where she was simultaneously enrolled at both the Technische Universität Wien and Universität für Bodenkultur. She is fluent in English and German and an intermediate speaker of Spanish.
