Industrial Park Dubnica was built in two phases, each bought (as two separate transactions) by Reico, a Česká spořitelna real estate fund. The first stage, built in 2016, comprises two buildings totalling almost 90,000 m² , with 96 parking spaces for cars and 32 for lorries. Most of it is leased to Continental Automotive. Other important tenants are the Swiss transport and logistics company Kuehne+Nagel, the Lidl FCMG chain, and the Dutch brewing group Heineken.
The second stage, completed in 2018, encompasses 16,000 m² of rentable space, with 36 parking spaces for cars and 5 for lorries.
OM Consulting’s experts provided technical due diligence services to Reico, a Česká spořitelna investment fund, as part of the process of acquiring both stages of the park in 2018 and 2019. The values of these new acquisitions for
the fund were approximately CZK 990 million (EUR 38.9 million) and CZK 241 million (EUR 9.5 million).
