Construction consultancy firm OM Consulting has appointed Pavel Semrad as new Managing Director. Pavel joined the company as a seasoned manager with over 20 years’ real estate and finance experience under his belt. He has previously headed teams at CPI Property Group, serving as development director and subsequently asset management director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
During his stint at this leading Czech developer and investor, the teams he managed delivered more than 20 projects, including the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague and Galerie Fénix, the Buddha Bar Hotel, office developments in the regions, the construction of hundreds of flats, and numerous retail properties. He later briefly worked as head of sales & trading at SAB, a Prague Stock Exchange member and securities trader that operates closely with TRINITY BANK.
Pavel Semrád holds a degree from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the Prague University of Economics and Business. He spends his free time with his family, is a mountain hiker for all seasons, and actively engages in sport. He particularly enjoys cycling, running and swimming, and likes to go skiing in winter.
