The company of Domoplan has entrusted us with the management of the development of a luxury residential project named Pekárenský dvůr at Brno. The development project will be executed on the basis of the Construction Management. The site will include 239 premium apartments including a park the area of which will be almost 2 700 m2. It will be used as a background area for the project residents. This means a “comeback” to the Brno development market for OMC.
At the time being, we are conducting a tender with aim at selecting the contractor of monolithic structures and, in early 2022, tenders for other contractors will follow. Our Brno based team is working on the project. The project was launched in September 2020. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
The project Construction Management method is always more and more popular among Czech developers. Unlike the cooperation with a general contractor, it makes its possible to increase the flexibility and level of control over the project execution on the part of the developer.
