This project is aimed at streamlining and modernising logistics processes at the warehouse operated by PHOENIX lékárenský velkoobchod by building a new adjoining hall at the company’s existing premises. The total area of the warehouse is almost 24,000 m² . The office space is over 4,300 m² . The new hall, linking up to the old hall, comes with an administrative unit, an access road with dispatch facilities, an expedition zone, and storage space. The warehousing system has system racks with roller conveyors. The project also includes several other outdoor structures, a transformer station, a diesel generator, a sprinkler room, etc.
The OM Consulting’s main tasks were project and cost management and technical supervision on behalf of the investor. In addition, it coordinated the client’s internal processes for the introduction of new technologies, carried out process programming, moved goods to the new hall, and regularly reported to the headquarters in Mannheim.
