OM Consulting has been working on the preparation of a hotel project that is supposed to be built at Letná next to the Sparta football arena. Situated on the former Sparta football training ground, the hotel is being developed by Energetický a průmyslový holding (EPH) in collaboration with the Hard Rock International hotel chain.
Experts from the Project Management, Cost Management and Technology departments and hotel experts have been involved in the project on the part of OM Consulting.
The hotel project will include 521 guest rooms, congress facilities, a ballroom, restaurant, fitness and spa area. It will be operated by the company of Hard Rock International who have experience with the management of a world-wide network of hotels, casinos, shops and cafés. It boasts of the world’s most valuable collection of more than 83 000 musical memorabilia artefacts starting with an Eric Clapton’s guitar.
