Our project management service covers all aspects of project management, including the pre-construction phase, construction, and the commissioning or start of use. We are responsible for coordination between the architect, designer and general contractor in line with the client’s wishes. We also work with other experts, such as a cost manager, a technical supervisor, an MEP specialist, and a health & safety coordinator, to name just a few.
Leading Czech experts with years of experience work for our 60 member team, enabling us to form specialised units for administrative, residential, industrial and hotel construction, including fit-outs. We have developed our own software tool that helps us to manage projects to the highest standards. Our experts are on construction sites on a daily basis. They share their experience with their team, including with colleagues specialising in other areas, so that we can always come up with the best solution for the client. In 2019 and 2020 alone, we implemented more than 80 projects with a total investment value of some CZK 14 billion.
