Rezidence Erbenova

The OM Consulting team, in co-operation with EBM Constuct as the general contractor, has been tasked with the construction project for the Rezidence Erbenova, which is being built in the Hřebenky area, a popular residential district just a few minutes from the centre of Prague. Twenty-two luxury units ranging in size from small flats to a spacious five-bedroom penthouse are spread over eight floors. The unique architectural layout with terraces and roof gardens follows the specific curves of Strahov Hill. Construction began in the spring of 2021 and the project is due for completion at the end of 2022.

The work takes the form of construction management, which is carried out by experienced professionals from the OM Consulting team. The construction management team took over the building site in May 2021. As part of the project planning, it checks the design work, draws up schedules, carries out value engineering and cost estimates and represents the investor throughout the implementation period. It is also our responsibility to select contractors and suppliers for the individual parts of the work, to coordinate them and to check on work quality and completion deadlines.
