The building has been developed in a formerly green area near the junction of Kbelská/Průmyslová Streets and Poděbradská Street. The developed area of the building is 999 sqm, and the total usable area is 3,012 sqm.

The building comprises basement, ground and four upper floors, with recessed on the top floor. Foundations involve deep concrete piles and a foundation slab with strip foundations running alongside developed areas. Structurally, the building employs column systems in the waterproof concrete basement and on the ground floor and wall systems are used on the upper floors. The roof is flat, mostly green.

The residential building comprises 36 apartments with apartment sizes varying from a one-room apartment with kitchen corner to a three-room apartment with kitchenette. On the ground floor, there are three retail units.
