The OM Consulting team, in co-operation with EBM Construct as the general contractor, was instructed with the construction management of the Erbenova Residence that is being built in a locality called Na Hřebenkách. This popular residential locality is positioned just a couple of minutes away from the Prague downtown. Starting from small apartments up to spacious five bedrooms residences, the residence offers twenty-two luxurious units on eight stories. A unique architectural concept that includes terraces and roof gardens copies peerless curves of the Strahov hill. The project was launched in the spring of 2021 and its completion is scheduled for the end of 2022.

The construction management is a form of construction project implementation preferred in particular abroad. Recently, it has been implemented by developers in the Czech Republic. The general contractor is replaced by the construction manager at the construction site and the project implementation is more flexible and, as a rule, it is more economical for the investor.
