The ceremonial tapping on the footstone of the MyMozart project took place under the patronage of IP IZOLACE POLNÁ, the project investor. The MyMozart project is a new residential building situated at the corner of the streets Mozartova and Plzeňská, Prague 5, Smíchov.
Our Technical Due Diligence department provides bank monitoring services for the project that are sometimes referred to as the project controlling. This is a service provided based on a trilateral contract between the OMC, developer and the funding bank. As a part of the construction process, we cooperate with the developer with aim at identifying, controlling and eliminating any creditor´s risks as might emerge during project implementation. Our experts have more than ten years of experience with the provision of this service to various projects (apartment buildings, shopping centres, office buildings, hotels, industrial sites) of varying size throughout the Czech Republic.
Offering a smart urban living concept in 152 fully equipped apartments and accommodation units of 1 + kitchenette and 2 + kitchenette, the MyMozart residential project is located next to the Anděl metro station. The residential building will provide its users with almost hotel-like comfort with its own concierge, food, electronic products or parcel pickup/storing boxes, fitness and sauna facilities, possibility of using the courtyard for carsharing, bikesharing and electric scooters. There will also be a shared terrace from where the entire city can be seen. The project completion is expected in May of the next year.
