ZURI Zanzibar Hotel & Resorts

ZURI Zanzibar Hotel & Resort is introducing new qualities and design standards in the East African hospitality industry. The design of bungalows and luxury villas with swimming pools, yoga, wellness and a dive centre combined with the adjacent gardens creates a unique oasis unlike other hotel resorts in Zanzibar.

During the project implementation, OM Consulting was responsible for cost management and had to consider all aspects related to the East African location. The key factors of the project were freight charges and the effort involved to achieve the highest possible work quality in that location.
