Ing. Petr Štěpán, MBA
Petr Štěpán has headed Construction Management since October 2021. We have set up a separate department dedicated to this method of construction (widely used by investors in the Anglo-Saxon world) in response to its growing popularity in the Czech Republic. Petr Štěpán manages contract teams in Prague and Brno.
Petr Štěpán has many years’ real estate and construction experience in the Czech Republic and beyond. In the early days of his career, he specialised in the delivery of building interiors, working on projects such as ExxonMobil Prague, Budapest, and Bangkok, and on three hundred Auto Škoda showrooms around the world.
Since 2008, he has been involved exclusively in project management in the construction industry. He is a specialist in construction management, which he embraced and mastered in Ireland and the UK. It was in this role that he contributed to the renovation of the Kotva department store for the investor, the construction of the Intel Munich offices, and the Allianz office building and the Hilton Hotel in Prague.
A graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University, Petr Štěpán also studied human resources at the Business School Netherlands and Digital Strategy at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is fluent in English.
